Donate to Collections
The Wellesley Historical Society is always looking for donations to our collections that will enhance and support our mission to collect, preserve, and share the history of Wellesley. Private individuals and organizations have made our collection a valuable repository of Wellesley's history. Some of the important materials we preserve include family archives, original architectural plans of historic buildings, the Denton Butterfly Collection, the Ester Oldham Lace Collection, maps, newspapers, historic objects, paintings, prints, photographs, textiles, and more.
Donate Diaries, Letters, Photographs, etc. – During the Wars
While we are open to a variety of materials for our collection, we are seeking diaries, letters and corresponding photographs and uniforms from Wellesley residents while serving in the military. If you would like your family letters and experiences preserved by the Wellesley Historical Society for generations to come, please contact us.
